Refund & Cancellation Policy

GlowFusion IV Hydration & Wellness

At GlowFusion IV Hydration & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality mobile IV hydration services. Our treatments require medical supplies, preparation, and reserved appointment times, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No- Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee or forfeit their deposit. Client will not be able to book in the future. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of medical wellness services and sterile medical supplies being prepared in advance, all services are non-refundable once the appointment has begun.

Refunds will not be issued after an IV infusion, injection, or treatment has been administered.

Medical Eligibility

GlowFusion IV Hydration & Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if the provider determines the service is not medically appropriate or safe for the client. In these situations, clients will not be charged for services that were not administered. However, deposits of $35 are refundable

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability to avoid delays for other scheduled clients. 

Late Arrivals

GlowFusion IV Hydration & Wellness is a mobile service, travel time and preparation are required for each appointment. If the provider has already traveled to the appointment location and the client cancels or is unavailable, a travel or cancellation fee may apply.
